Sessions facilitated by Ana Maria Cockerill - qualified Artist and Art Psychotherapist, member of the B r itish Association of Art Therapists and registered in the HPC-UK. Art materials provided. Evenings. Adults only.
‘ The aesthetic aspect of the creation of art is thought to lift one’s mood, boost self-awareness, improve self-esteem and help resolution of conflicts. Art Therapy may aid stress reduction and encourages people to express feelings that are too difficult to put into words. ‘
Experience in art is not necessary , but the sessions also provide an ideal space for professional artists, art students, and anyone who aims to explore and develop art working on their own pace.
