Clube do Choro UK is delighted to host one of the most revered cavaquinho players in Brazil, Henrique Cazes, in collaboration with Clube do Choro UK at the Forge music and arts venue. You just cannot miss that one!

Born in Rio de Janeiro, he has been playing professionally since 1976 and is considered one of the best cavaquinho soloists working today.

Cazes started playing the guitar at the age of six and gradually went on to play cavaquinho, mandolin, tenor guitar, banjo, twelve-string caipira guitar and lately electric guitar, all self taught! In Brazil, he is well known for his Beatles’n’Choro adaptations, and he will be playing a selection for us at the event.  There will be Brazilian food and drinks available for sale.
