In regarding the “Culture Education and Exchange” program is already available on the Ministry of Culture’s website.

With resources from the National Culture Fund (FNC) to assist with the expense, the Cultural Education and Exchange program grants financial assistance, to artists, culture students, coaches, cultural representatives and experts in popular knowledge and customs, that have permanent residency in Brazil, to take part in international events promoted by Brazilian and foreign organizations.

The program’s objective is to encourage cultural diffusion through exchanges in visual arts, the circus, dance, theatre, music, audiovisual, memory, black social movement, museum heritage, cultural heritage, digital media, creative services, humanities, cultural diversity and other cultural movements considered relevant by the Ministry of Culture.

To assist with the expense, financial reward will be granted for expenses like journeys, travel insurance, accommodation and food. Registration will be carried out exclusively through the SALIC system, available on the Ministry of Culture’s website.
